Almost 15 years ago at the beggining of Rooster's Market, Chuck Hill the original owner was able to acquire one of our great employees known as Franky. He is our Master Butcher, crafting his art for over 40 years. A true calabrese who had a clever in his hand by the age of 4. We are fortunate to have him on our team especially due to the misfortune that the Butcher craft is not as common and easy to find as once before. It is a life dedication and it takes a lifetime to master, that's why we are proud to offer his services to our customers.
We offer only the best quality meats here at Rooster's Market. Our steaks can be cut to order for any preference as well as type (NY Strip, T-Bone etc.). Need something fancier, call us and place an order for filet mignon or even a crown roast of pork. Prefer your chicken fileted and pounded just ask and we only use Bell & Evans so theres no need to worry about quality, its the best!
Lastly but certainly not least, we have alot of our own creations all that have became classics in our market. Chicken sausage with aged provolone and fresh sauteed broccoli rabe. Hamburgers made fresh every day with Franky's homeade blend that he carries on from his ancestors. A classic chicken burger with vegetables, hot & sweet sausage, chicken cordon blue, stuffed pork chops, even hand rolled flank steak with prosciutto, swiss, garlic and spinach.
